Hey, I've just made my order, and I forgot to add a gift note. Is it still possible to do so?
Please respond to your order confirmation email and inform us that you intended to include a note. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will ensure that it is included.
My order is a gift, do you include price information on your packaging slip?
Rest assured, pricing information is never included on any of the packages we ship out!
Is it possible to have my business card or a custom handwritten card included inside one of the boxes?
Certainly! We're more than happy to help you infuse a personal touch into your boxes, and it won't cost you a thing. Feel free to drop us an email at info@claire-belle.com to chat about how this all works.
Do you sell empty boxes, so I can fill them myself?
Not right now, but we are planing to do so.
How big are your gift boxes?
We have 3 different sizes available, depending on the box content:
23x17x7cm (9x7x3 inches), 31x22x10cm (12x9x4 inches), 31x22x15cm (12x9x6 inches)

Switzerland: 27,00 EUR
China/Japan/USA: 18,50 EUR

Who pays for international import taxes?
When placing international orders, customers may encounter import duties and taxes upon receiving the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges applied to the shipment. Claire-Belle cannot control or predict these charges, as they are determined by customs, and Claire-Belle is not accountable for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery within Germany usually takes 2-6 days, and for international orders, it's typically 7-14 days after the contract is made (if pre-payment is agreed upon after your payment instructions). It's important to note that we can't control delays caused by the transport company (DHL), so we can't guarantee specific delivery dates. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If your order includes items with different delivery times, they won't be shipped together but delivered separately. Please consider the respective delivery times for each item.
If I don't like my gift box, can I return it?
Sure thing! We try to keep returns as simple as possible. As long as it meets our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange your gift box.

You can cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at: info@claire-belle.com by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.
The fourteen days start from the day you or someone you choose (other than the delivery person) receives the goods, or if you ordered multiple items separately, from the day you or your chosen person gets the last item. You need to return the items within fourteen days from the day you tell us you want to cancel the contract. Just make sure the items reach the specified return location within that time. If you send them back before the fourteen days are up, you're good to go. The gift box and the products have to be complete, undamaged and unused.

After successful confirmation of receipt of the goods, you will receive a confirmation of the refund to your product.
